The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast options at the café next door, complemented by the hotel's convenient location near Taipei Main Station.

The hotel offers a convenient self check-in system.
Upon arriving, I noticed the lobby was quite outdated and could use some refurbishment. The noise levels from the surrounding area were bothersome, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. While I expected a small room with no windows, the cramped space didn't provide a comfortable stay for my needs.

Poor drainage in the bathroom is a hassle!!! It would be nice if they provided a bidet rather than leaving guests to request their own bath dipper!!! Consider improving cleanliness with better oversight on hair in the bathroom!!!

I stayed in the Standard Double Room, No Window for 5 nights, and honestly, the space was pretty big and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was huge and spacious too, which I loved. However, the lack of a window really got to me after a while. I was a bit bummed about that. The place has a washer and dryer, which is super convenient! Just make sure to bring some NTD $10 coins. Overall, it’s decent for a short stay, especially with the great location near Taipei Main Station.

There’s also a nice little lounge area to unwind in after a long day. However, the lack of a window made my room feel a bit cave-like at times, but it didn't really bother me much. 😊

The Comfort Quadruple Room was perfect for our family! Despite being meant for four, it accommodated our luggage with ease thanks to the ample space to open up bags on the second double bed. The breakfast at the café next door was simply delicious, boasting a wonderful mix of Chinese and Western choices. With a convenient location just a short walk from the Taipei Main Station, it made our travels a breeze. The staff were attentive, promptly replacing our faulty kettle without delay.
